Our Pitmaster, retired Navy veteran, Omar Renfro has been serving up authentic East Texas style BBQ since 2015. Over the years, he has been carefully perfecting his signature barbecue rub and famous sauce, pleasing the taste buds of family and friends. Combining the flavors of hickory and mesquite wood over a low and slow heat, our meats come off the pit, falling off the bone while melting in your mouth. Our southern, made-from-scratch sides are to die for, pairing well with our smoked meats and honey butter cornbread. A friend once told me that "anyone can say that they can grill decent BBQ, but what makes great BBQ are the sides", and we have that market cornered.
From the added flavor of our injection in our brisket to the expertly smoked turkey in our greens, we pay attention to the small details that add to the flavor profile of our dishes. We care about quality, taste, tenderness, presentation, and the overall excellent customer experience.
